KASBAN is a Service Prepaid Periodic Maintenance packages for imported Toyota Vehicles through “Abdul Latif Jameel” the authorized distributor for Toyota vehicles in Saudi Arabia. However,  the following TOYOTA’s models are excluded: Toyota 86, Hiace, Dyna, Coaster & all Diesel vehicles.

KASBAN was launched by Abdul Latif Jameel Retail Company Limited as a way of expressing its appreciation and gratitude to its valued guests. This provides an opportunity for guests to take advantage of various packages and services offered through the Toyota Sales Centers at Abdul Latif Jameel Retail Company Ltd.

In accordance with company's efforts to serve its guests with the best in vehicle maintenance and the concept of "Guest First" as a top priority, We began KASBAN prepaid periodic maintenance packages.

These packages allow its members to enjoy the maintenance of their Toyota cars and to provide spare parts at a very special and attractive price with the availability of the latest technological devices under the supervision of specialized technicians with extensive experience in car maintenance.

KASBAN gives the opportunity for guests to benefit from a total of Seven Service Packages, in which Four service packages are made available for New sold vehicles and Three service packages are made available for customers whom already bought a Toyota Vehicle and didn’t exceed 10,000 KM under the name of (KASBAN Plus).

KASBAN offers multiple options for guests according to their needs for periodic maintenance of their vehicles. In addition to the attractive price and high technical expertise in vehicle maintenance, guests of the KASBAN package also receive a special discount on labor costs for additional maintenance/repairs. Some of the Terms and Conditions

  1. KASBAN package is only transferrable when the vehicle is sold to the new owner.
  2. All periodic maintenance in the KASBAN package will be according to the periodic maintenance schedule provided in the owner's manual (see periodic maintenance periods on the following pages).
  3. Protect the validity of your warranty with respect to the requirement to maintain periodic maintenance.
  4. Full terms and conditions are available on KASBAN’s contract.

You can purchase the KASBAN package through New Vehicles Salesman (KASBAN package only) or through Service Advisors of any center belongs to Abdul Latif Jameel Retail Company Ltd after you have agreed to sign a contract for the selected package and paying the full amount and receive the receipt.

Can I purchase KASBAN package with the New Vehicle through installment? keyboard_arrow_down

Yes you can purchase KASBAN package in case you signed the relevant contract and agreed to purchase a vehicle through installment by Abdul Latif Jameel Finance company.

My vehicle mileage is 12,000 KM and I have not serviced my vehicle for 10,000 KM. I am still interested to KASBAN Package because of the attractive price. Can I purchase a package? keyboard_arrow_down

No unfortunately you cannot purchase KASBAN in this case. Because as this service package is available only with new vehicle purchase or customers who want to do the first 1,000 Km or 5,000 KM. However, in this case you can purchase one of the (KASBAN Plus) packages that fulfills your needs

a. All repairs pertaining to periodic maintenance and spare parts replacement as stipulated in the owners’ manual during the contract period. b. KASBAN subscribers will get a special discount of 15 % on labor for any additional mechanical job done. c. Trained technicians and the use of only Toyota Genuine parts and quality Lubes for all service purposes. d. Great Saving through special discount roughly between 40-48% labor, 32-40 % on parts in comparison with recent announced prices. e. Helping to increase vehicle resale value price in case of selling because it consists of periodic maintenance and maintaining its excellent condition.

KASBAN guests can send their vehicles to be serviced at any of Abdul Latif Jameel retail company Ltd service centers only. Excluded centers are body and paint centers and others that belongs to other companies.

Is this package transferable to another owner? keyboard_arrow_down

Yes, KASBAN package is transferable, but it can only be transferred along with the ownership of the car to a new owner as per the ISTIMARA, as the package is assigned to the vehicles VIN number

Is this KASBAN Package transferable to another vehicle? keyboard_arrow_down

No, KASBAN package is linked to VIN and not to customer ID

Can I upgrade my KASBAN package ( e.g. From Basic Package to Gold Package)? keyboard_arrow_down

No

How long does it take for Guest to receive this offer and be able to use it? keyboard_arrow_down

Guest will be able to utilize this package immediately after signing the contract and entering guest and vehicle information in the system and activated in the service system within almost one working day

Can I refund the package amount? keyboard_arrow_down

No, but there are low number of special cases that an estimated part of the amount can be refunded as per the terms and conditions of the package.

Can I use my KASBAN package if my car has exceeded 5 years but still hasn’t crossed the 100,000 Km? keyboard_arrow_down

No, subscribers are entitled to service only for 0-100,000 Km or 5 years whichever comes first.

Can Companies and Establishments buy KASBAN packages for cars that belong to them? keyboard_arrow_down

Yes, they can.

Is there any need to provide any documents when I bring the vehicle for maintenance? keyboard_arrow_down

There is often no need to relate them to the maintenance system at our centers in automatically. However, it is always advisable to keep the relevant documents in a safe place to be presented when needed for one reason or another, especially if the ownership of the vehicle is transferred to another person or the plate number is changed or similar.
