This Program is applicable only for Toyota New included vehicles that are imported through the authorized TOYOTA distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Abdul Latif Jameel Motors) which are been sold from 1st January 2020 up to 31 December 2023, excluding the following models: Toyota 86, Urban Cruiser, Crown & 2024 year models.
Terms and Conditions
- This Program is applicable only for Toyota New included vehicles that are imported through the authorized TOYOTA distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Abdul Latif Jameel Motors) which are been sold from 1st January 2020 up to 31 December 2023, excluding the following models: Toyota 86, Urban Cruiser, Crown & 2024 year models.
- This Program is not applicable to fleet customers or vehicles sold in bulk under fleet contracts from all sales channels.
- This Program of 1000, 5000 & 10000 KM Service (with addition to 15000 KM service for Diesel engine vehicles) is a part of your purchased vehicle with no additional cost on you, which will be performed as per the Owner’s Manual at applicable Service Centers.
- For Supra vehicles: only 12000 KM service is covered by this program, which this service is the first service for the vehicle as mentioned in the owner manual.
- Customers cannot claim for any missed service.
- The services included in this program will be performed as per the below:
- a. 1000 KM service: Up to 2500 KM
- b. 5000 KM service: 2501 KM - 7500 KM
- c. 10000 KM service.: 7501 KM - 12500 KM
- d. 15000 KM service (For Diesel vehicles): 12501 KM - 17500 KM
- Any additional job will have to be paid by the customer.
- Toyota Genuine Motor Oil grade used in this program as follows: Gasoline engine: 10W-30, Diesel engine: 15W-40, and for Supra 0W-20 will be used.
- If the guest wishes to use a different oil grade recommended in the owner manual, he shall then pay (in cash) the cost of deference between oil grades.
- Customers are not entitled to claim labor, Spare Parts, Oil & Top-up fluids value or exchange it with any other services provided by the company.
- This program is not transferable from one vehicle to another.
- Program is valid for a vehicle even if the owner is changed.
- Recommendations contained in the warranty booklet must be complied with, to maintain the warranty of the vehicle.
- This document does not entail any responsibilities, obligations, rights, or claims conflicting with what is stated and according to the company’s intentions.
- The company has the right to change or cancel the Jameel Service Program at any time without prior notice.
